The property consists of 4 cement buildings with metal roofing and tiled floors. It was built in 2019. There are 23 accommodation rooms.

Each of the rooms offers a queen bed, air conditioner, flat screen tv, bar fridge, free wi-fi, cable tv, and a private bathroom with hot and cold water. For additional privacy, ten of these rooms have an attached enclosed garage and customers can choose from indoor or outdoor parking.

The architectural design of this motel offers a two-way entrance and patrons can easily and comfortably check-in and check-out of the hotel without leaving their vehicles. The cement driveway has beautiful ornamental plants.
