250 acres of land – Mile 34 – Northern Hwy. – Jimmy – US$150,000

The property is rectangular in shape and is located between Belize City and Orange Walk at mile 34 on the Northern Hwy., and less than one mile from the highway.

The land has been previously logged and there are no large trees on the property. It is mostly “low bush”.

The soil is very sandy and, although there is evidence of seasonal ponds, there was only one pond at the time of my visit, which was during a very long dry period.

The property could perhaps be used as a plantation for fir trees, coconut palms, guavas, or other trees/plants that like sandy soil.
