The property consists of a 7 acre private island located less than 9 miles from Belize City and only 1 mile from the famous Belize Barrier Reef, of which 3.6 acres is developed for the resort with 3.4 acres as yet undeveloped. It has a nice, weed-free beach for swimming.

The property can sleep 24 guests with a maximum of 29 who are exclusively catered to by a staff of 13.

Electricity is provided by solar with 2 back-up generators and potable water is supplied by a desalination plant.

Service is all-inclusive and activities include diving, snorkelling, fishing, paddle-boarding, etc. – or just relaxing in a get-away from it all exotic location. Also, there are trips arranged to Caye Caulker, a nearby island with restaurants, shops, etc.
