Approximately 100 acres of the land is flat and is surrounded by a horseshoe-shaped ridge of high hills. There are caves in the hills and Maya artifacts have been found in them.
A seasonal creek runs across the property and there are also some additional creeks. There are many hardwood trees and bayleaf plants on the property.
The property has a good, private road access.
There is a lot of farming in the area plus a small residential development and a resort and tourist activities. The property is approximately 6 miles from the main Western Highway and approximately 17 miles to Belmopan, the capital of Belize.
