Prior to Covid-19 the business was well integrated, complementary and attracted a wide range of customers. The synergy of the restaurant, bar and hotel can be brought back to significantly improve the economies of each operation.

The Luxurious Suites are offered together with the more standard rooms. The integration of reception service as tours, hosting of weddings, FAM trips, boat tours, archaeological tours, shopping tours to neighbouring Chetumal, Mexico, sightseeing tours, food, bar and other events can offer substantial income to the operation of the resort.

The new owner(s) can choose which style or plan to expand on the two canal front lots that have direct access to the Caribbean Sea.
