The lots are 100’ x 120’ (almost 1/3 acre) and are cleared. Some of them have fruit trees.

Some of the lots are adjacent if a buyer wanted to buy two for more space.

There is an unpaved road between the lots but a paved road gives access to the main George Price Highway, about ¼ mile away.

The development is close to the villages of St. Matthews and Franks Eddy and about 10 miles to Belmopan, the capital of Belize and 40 miles to Belize City.
