The adjacent parcels are of varying sizes from 30 acres to 82 acres with a total of 446 acres

The parcels are located south of Teakettle Village and some are adjacent to the car park that facilitates access to the famous Actun Tunichil Muknal (ATM Cave), a major tourist attraction in Belize and may have an eco-tourism resort potential.

The parcels all have virgin jungle with its associated bird and wildlife and there is a river adjoining one of the parcels.

There is an all-weather road from the main George Price Highway at Teakettle Village that gives direct access to most of the parcels and the property is about 15 miles from the capital city of Belmopan.

Most of the adjoining land to the west is in agriculture.

Some of the west face of the land is a steep bluff which slopes down to gentle hills. There is a cave on one of the parcels.
