Customers can chose from indoor or outdoor parking. For additional privacy, ten of these themed rooms have an attached enclosed garage.  

The architectural design of this hotel/car motel offers a modern welcoming two-way entrance. Patrons can easily and comfortably check-in, and check-out of the hotel without leaving their vehicles. The driveway is spotlessly clean and completely cemented with beautifully selected ornamental plants. 

 The hotel has an office, a utility room with washer and drier, staff members, and a surveillance system.  

There are four structures on the property. The construction of these structures began in 2017 and were completed in 2019. And, opened doors in 2019.

Building 1- Office + 4 rooms 

I Building 1 is a Concrete structure with metal roofing, tiled floors, and bathrooms, measuring 16’x120’ long. The Office measures 12’x12’ and is used to checkin in the guests, and for administrative purposes. 

Building 2- 5 rooms

Concrete structure with metal roofing, tiled floors and bathrooms. Bathrooms have standing showers. Building measures 16’x130’ long (5 rooms 14’x16’) with enclosed private garages (12’x16’) 

Building 3- 5 rooms with garage
