Service is all-inclusive and activities include diving, snorkelling, fishing, paddle-boarding, etc. – or just relaxing in a get-away from it all exotic location. Also, there are trips arranged to Caye Caulker, a nearby island with restaurants, shops, etc.
There is space on the island for future expansion.
The sale is turn key and includes a 0.88 acre parcel of land on the Belize River close to the International Airport on the mainland which has a 2-storey caretaker’s house, boathouse and speedboat. Guests can be met at the airport and transported by boat to the island with no fuss or discomfort in less than 45 minutes.
The Belize Barrier Reef is a famous World Heritage Site and the second largest coral reef system in the world. It hugs the entire coast of Belize and is home to the world-famous diving and snorkelling site at the Blue Hole, the Hol Chan Marine Park, and Shark and Ray Alley
