The development is located close to Belmopan, the capital of Belize, on the banks of the Belize River.

Some of the land has been cleared but is now a little overgrown, but much of the land, including the river bank area is still jungle, which gives a very natural feel to the parcels. The river banks are high and there is no flooding.

There is good access to the property and it has main grid electricity and over 400 ft. of river frontage.

It is only a quarter of a mile from the main George Price Highway and about a mile to Belmopan, the capital of Belize.

There are schools, hospital, supermarkets, etc. within quick and easy reach although the parcel is in a quiet and secluded area. The US Embassy, and many others, are in Belmopan, which is also the home of many government departments.
