A half-mile south of the Hummingbird Highway are 49.43 acres of producing orange trees bordered by undeveloped rainforest jungle and other citrus properties. A year-round creek runs along part of the western border. The trees are a mix of older trees and recent replants which assures a continuing harvest of 100-150 boxes of fruit per acre. The location could also accommodate a private, off-the-grid homesite and/or a mix of other crops to interplant with the citrus. It is a short distance to the highway and the citrus processing plant, and it is only 15 miles from the Caribbean Sea at Dangriga Town, the location of markets, stores, banks, medical facilities, Government offices, schools and churches.
